In der von NTG durchgeführten Forschung wurden die folgenden Bereiche als gemeinsame Funktionsbereiche angesehen. Ein gesundes Unternehmen funktioniert wie ein Lebewesen mit Funktionsbereichen, die sich um verschiedene Domänen kümmern. Diese Funktionsbereiche gruppieren Fähigkeiten und Aufgaben, um Aspekte des Geschäfts zu verwalten, die ihre eigenen Protokolle und Logiken haben. Einige grundlegende Funktionsbereiche wie Marketing und Finanzen werden von fast allen Unternehmen gemeinsam genutzt. Andere, wie Rechtsberatung und Informationstechnologie, werden mit dem Wachstum des Unternehmens immer wichtiger. Verwaltungsdienste Zu den Zielen und Aufgaben des Bereichs Verwaltungsdienste gehören: alle Lizenzen und gesetzlichen Genehmigungen für die Geschäftstätigkeit zu verwalten, die Zahlung von Rechnungen an Lieferanten vorzunehmen, Bankkonten zu kontrollieren, Bankkredite zu verwalten, die Buchhaltung zu führen Management, um mit Finanzinstituten zu verhandeln und um Qualitätssysteme zu implementieren und zu kontrollieren. Personalmanagement Zu den Zielen und Aufgaben des Bereichs Personalmanagement gehören: Erleichterung der Beziehung zwischen Arbeitnehmern und Eigentümern, Durchführung von Gehaltsanpassungen, Pflege der Beziehungen zu Sozialpräventionssystemen, Durchführung der Analyse der Expansion des Unternehmens Kommunikation und Marketing Zu den Zielen und Aufgaben des Bereichs Maintenance and Engineering gehören unter anderem: um Wartungsarbeiten in öffentlichen Hotelbereichen durchzuführen, wie z. Beinhaltet auch die Überwachung von Brandmelde- / Lebenssicherheitssystemsystemen nach Bedarf, die vollständige Information über den Systembetrieb und die Behandlung von Notfällen im Zusammenhang mit den Systemen und die ordnungsgemäße Verwaltung gemäß den Vorschriften, die Pflege des Wartungsbestands und die Anforderung von Teilen und Verbrauchsmaterialien nach Bedarf. Andere Aufgaben, die dieser Bereich ebenfalls umfasst, sind die Gewährleistung und Wartung der Warmwasserbereitungssteuerung, die Reaktion und Betreuung von Reparaturanfragen von Gästen und das Verständnis und der Betrieb fortschrittlicher Elektro-, Sanitär-, Kühl- und Boilersysteme. Wartung und Technik Zu den Zielen und Aufgaben des Bereichs Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Schutz gehören: Gewährleistung der Sicherheit des Zugangs zu Gästezimmern und des Hoteleigentums, Überwachung von Brandmelde-/Lebenssicherheitssystemsystemen nach Bedarf, vollständige Information über den Systembetrieb und um Notfälle zu behandeln, die die Systeme betreffen, und eine ordnungsgemäße Verwaltung gemäß den Vorschriften durchzuführen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Notfallverfahren geprobt, implementiert und durchgesetzt werden, um die Sicherheit von Gästen und Mitarbeitern zu gewährleisten. Ein gesundes Unternehmen funktioniert wie ein Lebewesen mit Funktionsbereichen, die sich um verschiedene Bereiche kümmern. Die spezifischen Funktionsbereiche gruppieren Fähigkeiten und Aufgaben, um Aspekte des Geschäfts zu verwalten, die ihre eigenen Protokolle und Logiken haben. Produkt-/Projektmanagement Destinationsbasierte Tourismusprodukte verändern sich ständig und passen sich an neue Besuchertrends und -anforderungen an. Das DMO kann bei der Produktentwicklung von der Konzeption bis zur Lieferung helfen und die Werbung und Vermarktung von Reisezielmarken und wichtigen Nischentourismuserlebnissen unterstützen. Innovation und hochwertige Besuchererlebnisse sowie neue touristische Produkte und Dienstleistungen müssen in das Gesamtbild des Zielorts oder der Zielregion integriert werden. Zu diesem Zweck können Qualitätskriterien entwickelt werden, um Marketing und Werbung der Destinationsmarke in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen relevanten Abteilungen zu unterstützen. Destination Based Project Manager beraten und vertreten den Kunden und sind für das tägliche Management von Projekten verantwortlich. Sozialkompetenzen wie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Zuhören und Empathie sind wichtig, um mit einzelnen Abteilungen erfolgreich zusammenzuarbeiten. Beziehungen zu Partnerschaften und Gemeinschaften Reiseziele beinhalten branchenübergreifende Netzwerke und Partnerschaften mit mehreren Interessenvertretern. Effektives partizipatives Netzwerk und Stakeholder-Engagement und -Management ist ein wesentlicher Erfolgsfaktor. Partnerschafts- und Netzwerkmanager haben die Aufgabe, eine relevante branchenübergreifende Netzwerkstruktur und Kooperationskultur für das Zusammenspiel der Netzwerkakteure sowie für die Stärkung regionaler Wirtschaftskreisläufe mit Tourismusabhängigkeit zu schaffen. Dazu ist es wichtig, konzeptionelle und operative Schnittstellen für Projekte und Aktivitäten zu definieren, die auf konsistente Ansätze und Verbindungen zur regionalen oder lokalen Destinationsmarke setzen, um einen greifbaren Nutzen für Stakeholder und ein integriertes Network-Marketing-Konzept zu entwickeln. Digitale Kompetenzen unterstützen die Koordination von Networking und interner Kommunikation. Green Skills helfen, Netzwerkpartner für eine nachhaltige Umweltausrichtung des touristischen Angebots zu beeinflussen. Beinhaltet auch die Überwachung von Brandmelde- / Lebenssicherheitssystemsystemen nach Bedarf, die vollständige Information über den Systembetrieb und die Behandlung von Notfällen im Zusammenhang mit den Systemen und die ordnungsgemäße Verwaltung gemäß den Vorschriften, die Pflege des Wartungsbestands und die Anforderung von Teilen und Verbrauchsmaterialien nach Bedarf. Andere Aufgaben, die dieser Bereich ebenfalls umfasst, sind die Gewährleistung und Wartung der Warmwasserbereitungssteuerung, die Reaktion und Betreuung von Reparaturanfragen von Gästen und das Verständnis und der Betrieb fortschrittlicher Elektro-, Sanitär-, Kühl- und Boilersysteme. Produkt-/Projektmanagement Destinationsbasierte Tourismusprodukte verändern sich ständig und passen sich an neue Besuchertrends und -anforderungen an. Das DMO kann bei der Produktentwicklung von der Konzeption bis zur Lieferung helfen und die Werbung und Vermarktung von Reisezielmarken und wichtigen Nischentourismuserlebnissen unterstützen.
