¿Qué son las áreas compartidas funcionales?
En la investigación realizada por NTG se consideraron las siguientes áreas como áreas funcionales comunes. Un negocio saludable funciona como un ser vivo con áreas funcionales atendiendo diferentes ámbitos. En estas áreas funcionales se agrupan competencias y tareas para gestionar aspectos del negocio que tienen sus propios protocolos y lógicas. Algunas áreas funcionales básicas, como marketing y finanzas, son compartidas por casi todas las empresas. Otros, como el apoyo legal y la tecnología de la información, se vuelven más esenciales a medida que crece la empresa. Dirección General Algunos de los objetivos y tareas del área de Dirección General incluyen: ser responsable del negocio/Entidad, definir y revisar la estrategia, metas y planes del negocio/entidad, conocer y desarrollar relaciones de lealtad con los clientes y partes interesadas, para crear y motivar un equipo de empleados y para alcanzar los objetivos previstos en la estrategia a corto y largo plazo. Servicio de Administración Algunos de los objetivos y tareas del área de Servicio de Administración incluye: manejar todas las licencias y autorizaciones legales para la actividad de la empresa, realizar el pago de facturas a los proveedores, controlar las cuentas bancarias, gestionar el crédito bancario, realizar la gestión contable, negociar con las entidades financieras e implantar y controlar sistemas de calidad. Gestión de Recursos Humanos Algunos de los objetivos y tareas del área de Gestión de Recursos Humanos incluyen: facilitar la relación entre los trabajadores y los propietarios, realizar las revisiones salariales, mantener la relación con los sistemas de prevención social, realizar el análisis de los planes de expansión de la empresa. Comunicación y Marketing Algunos de los objetivos y tareas del área de Mantenimiento e Ingeniería incluyen: realizar actividades de mantenimiento en áreas públicas del hotel como desatascar baños, desatascar desagües, reparar todo tipo de equipos de ferretería, plomería y electricidad y artículos de cosmética. También incluye monitorear los sistemas de alarma contra incendios/Sistema de Protección Personal según necesidad, estar completamente informado del funcionamiento del sistema y manejar emergencias que involucren los sistemas y realizar una administración adecuada según las regulaciones, mantener el inventario de mantenimiento y solicitar piezas y suministros según sea necesario. Otras tareas que también incluye esta área son asegurar y mantener el sistema del calentamiento del agua, responder y atender las solicitudes de reparación de los huéspedes y comprender y operar sistemas avanzados de electricidad, fontanería, refrigeración y calderas. Mantenimiento e Ingeniería Algunos de los objetivos y tareas del área de Salud, Protección y Seguridad incluyen: garantizar la seguridad del acceso a las habitaciones de los huéspedes y la propiedad del hotel, monitorear los sistemas de alarma contra incendios/Sistema Protección Personal según necesidad, estar completamente informado del funcionamiento del sistema y manejar emergencias que involucren los sistemas y realizar una administración adecuada según las regulaciones, para garantizar simulacros de todos los procedimientos de emergencia, implementándolos y cumpliéndolos para garantizar la seguridad a los huéspedes y empleados. De hecho, esta área incluye garantizar la seguridad de las personas y la propiedad que se encuentran dentro de las instalaciones mediante la aplicación justa de las Regulaciones Hoteleras mediante el estricto cumplimiento de las leyes, estatutos, etc. Salud, Protección y Seguridad Algunos de los objetivos y tareas del área del Comunicación y Marketing incluyen: identificar nuevos mercados y oportunidades de negocios, representa al hotel en eventos y ferias, construir y fortalecer las relaciones existentes y nuevos para facilitar nuevas reservas. Un negocio saludable funciona como un ser vivo con áreas funcionales atendiendo diferentes ámbitos. En estas áreas funcionales se agrupan competencias y tareas para gestionar aspectos del negocio que tienen sus propios protocolos y lógicas. Gestión de producto / proyecto Los productos turísticos basados en destinos cambian constantemente y se adapta a las tendencias y demandas de nuevos visitantes. La OGD puede ayudar con el desarrollo del producto desde el comienzo hasta la entrega y asistir a la promoción y el marketing de las marcas de destino y las experiencias turísticas de nicho clave. La innovación y la calidad de las experiencias de los visitantes y los nuevos productos y servicios turísticos deben integrarse con la imagen general de la localidad o región de destino. Para este propósito, se pueden desarrollar criterios de calidad para respaldar el marketing y la publicidad de la marca de destino trabajando con otros departamentos relevantes. Los gerentes de proyectos basados en el destino asesoran y representan al cliente y son responsables de la gestión diaria de los proyectos. Las competencias sociales, como la capacidad de comunicarse de manera efectiva y trabajar en equipo, escuchar y empatía, son importantes para trabajar con éxito con departamentos individuales. Asociaciones y relaciones comunitarias Los destinos involucran redes y asociaciones intersectoriales de múltiples y los colaboradores. La gestión y el compromiso eficaces de la red participativa y de las partes interesadas es un factor clave de éxito. En estas áreas funcionales se agrupan competencias y tareas para gestionar aspectos del negocio que tienen sus propios protocolos y lógicas. Algunas áreas funcionales básicas, como marketing y finanzas, son compartidas por casi todas las empresas. Otros, como el apoyo legal y la tecnología de la información, se vuelven más esenciales a medida que crece la empresa. Dirección General Algunos de los objetivos y tareas del área de Dirección General incluyen: ser responsable del negocio/Entidad, definir y revisar la estrategia, metas y planes del negocio/entidad, conocer y desarrollar relaciones de lealtad con los clientes y partes interesadas, para crear y motivar un equipo de empleados y para alcanzar los objetivos previstos en la estrategia a corto y largo plazo. Comunicación y Marketing Algunos de los objetivos y tareas del área de Mantenimiento e Ingeniería incluyen: realizar actividades de mantenimiento en áreas públicas del hotel como desatascar baños, desatascar desagües, reparar todo tipo de equipos de ferretería, plomería y electricidad y artículos de cosmética. También incluye monitorear los sistemas de alarma contra incendios/Sistema de Protección Personal según necesidad, estar completamente informado del funcionamiento del sistema y manejar emergencias que involucren los sistemas y realizar una administración adecuada según las regulaciones, mantener el inventario de mantenimiento y solicitar piezas y suministros según sea necesario. Otras tareas que también incluye esta área son asegurar y mantener el sistema del calentamiento del agua, responder y atender las solicitudes de reparación de los huéspedes y comprender y operar sistemas avanzados de electricidad, fontanería, refrigeración y calderas. Mantenimiento e Ingeniería Algunos de los objetivos y tareas del área de Salud, Protección y Seguridad incluyen: garantizar la seguridad del acceso a las habitaciones de los huéspedes y la propiedad del hotel, monitorear los sistemas de alarma contra incendios/Sistema Protección Personal según necesidad, estar completamente informado del funcionamiento del sistema y manejar emergencias que involucren los sistemas y realizar una administración adecuada según las regulaciones, para garantizar simulacros de todos los procedimientos de emergencia, implementándolos y cumpliéndolos para garantizar la seguridad a los huéspedes y empleados. En estas áreas funcionales se agrupan competencias y tareas para gestionar aspectos del negocio que tienen sus propios protocolos y lógicas. Gestión de producto / proyecto Los productos turísticos basados en destinos cambian constantemente y se adapta a las tendencias y demandas de nuevos visitantes. La OGD puede ayudar con el desarrollo del producto desde el comienzo hasta la entrega y asistir a la promoción y el marketing de las marcas de destino y las experiencias turísticas de nicho clave. La innovación y la calidad de las experiencias de los visitantes y los nuevos productos y servicios turísticos deben integrarse con la imagen general de la localidad o región de destino. Para este propósito, se pueden desarrollar criterios de calidad para respaldar el marketing y la publicidad de la marca de destino trabajando con otros departamentos relevantes.
